We are often looking for talented undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral scholars interested in some combination of hydrology, geomorphology, ecosystem science, rivers, lakes, estuaries, water quality, remote sensing, and/or data science. Current Opportunities  

  • Postdoctoral Scholar (start date May-December 2025). We welcome applicants interested in the combination of hydrology, geomorphology, and carbon dynamics along the floodplain-large river-estuary continuum. Topics may include changes in sediment and/or carbon processes within river corridors and/or coastal rivers using a combination of satellite remote sensing and integration of large datasets. Specific research question are flexible with ample opportunity to develop new ideas. Funding available for 2 years with potential for extension. This position is not eligible for fully remote.
