Landsat 5, 7, 8 Collection 1 surface reflectance over US rivers over the footprint of NHDplusV2 flowlines.

RivSed
Suspended sediment concentrations derived from Landsat 5, 7, 8 surface reflectance for US rivers (> 50 meters wide) over the footprint and linked to NHDplusV2 flowlines. Database includes a machine learning xgboost algorithm that can predict SSC from Landsat collection-1 surface reflectance for any waterbody in the US. The algorithm currently can only be run in R.

Data Visualization

Overpasser: visualizes and builds tables (.csv files for download) of Landsat and Sentinel-2 overpass locations and dates for anywhere in the world. It can aid in planning of field data collection timed to satellite overpasses and show the spatial coverage of satellite swaths/tiles. Created by Andrew Buchanan at UNC with assistance from Simon Topp and John Gardner.
